He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a graduate in Law, and holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce - from University of Delhi with over 13 years of experience in the area of Company Secretarial Functions, Listing and other compliances. During this period, he has handled corporate governance matters, complex corporate secretarial transactions and advised stakeholders with focus on compliance and integrity. He was previously associated with Max Healthcare Institute Limited and has inter-alia worked with Apollo Tyres Group, Fortis in the past.
