with the Bombay and U.P. Stock Exchanges respectively.

Pursuant to SEBI's Exit Order dated 09.06.2015, the Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange (UPSE) was allowed exit through
voluntary surrender of de-recognition. Accordingly UPSE ceased to be a Stock Exchange. Therefore the listing
agreements with the said Stock Exchange came to an end.
